Your Orders

 

If any product becomes unavailable after you have placed your order and made payments, we will contact you for refund of that product. We will continue deliver to you the remaining ordered products.

Vegetables, fruits and most natural food products come in different sizes and weight. We will try matching the farm-harvested produce's actual sizes and weight as much as possible with what you have specified in your order. However, there maybe incidental variance between the actual delivered produce and what you have ordered in terms of size and weight.

It is not unusual if you see traces of insect bites or small holes in the leaves and vegetables, especially with organic products where no artificial pesticide is used.

Please kindly take note that we do not accept order cancellation after payment has been made. This is because immediately after we have received your order, corresponding instructions are passed on to our enlisted farms and your ordered produce will be specifically allocated to you and you only. Besides avoiding food wastage, we would like to ensure that only high quality produce will be delivered to you and all customers in the shortest possible time to ensure freshness. Please contact us if you have any special requirements with your purchase and we will try our best to make appropriate arrangement.

Payment can be made by Faster Payment System (FPS), Payme, Alipay, Octopus App or bank account deposit.

每個蔬菜,水果和大多數天然食品都有不同的大小和重量。我們會盡力挑選您在訂單中指定的尺寸和重量相符的農產品和食品。但是,實際交付給您的產品與您訂單中指定的產品尺寸和重量仍然會有機會有差異的。
如果您發現蔬菜葉子和農產品上有昆蟲叮咬過或小孔的痕跡,這是很正常的,尤其會發生在不使用人工農藥的有機產品。

 

請注意下了訂單並付款後我們不接受取消訂單。這是因為在我們收到您的訂單後,我們會立即將相應的購買資料傳遞給相關的農場或供應商,您訂購的產品將會預留給您。除了避免食物浪費我們希望確保在最短的時間內將高質素和最新鮮的產品交付給您。

訂單付款方面,可以通過轉數快(FPS)Payme支付寶(Alipay)八達通應用程序(Octopus App) 或銀行户口存款進行付款。
