Delivery

Delivery of your ordered produce will usually take one to four days from the time you placed your order to your receiving them.

 

In the events where the intended delivery time is unexpectedly delayed due to traffic, weather or any unforeseen circumstance, we shall contact you to arrange for another delivery time with no additional charge. The delivered produce should be signed off to confirm receipt by you or your designated representative. If we are unable to deliver the produce to you due to your own unavailability and necessitated a redelivery, HK$95 will be charged for such redelivery.

 

The delivery service is free of charge when you make a purchase of $500 or more for delivery to Hong Kong Island or Kowloon and $750 or more for delivery to New Territories. Otherwise, a delivery fee of $95 to $150 (for Hong Kong Island or Kowloon) or $170 to $250 (for New Territories) will be charged.

 

Free delivery service covers Hong Kong Island, Kowloon, and most part of the New Territories. We regret that we are currently unable to deliver to other outlying islands. You are invited to contact us to check whether any delivery arrangement can be made and the delivery fee amount for other districts.
